Jewellery Design
Is the art of creating jewellery through traditional hand-drawing, or sketching methods, as well as computer-aided design programs such as Rhinoceros 3D, in order to adorn people. A designer must be capable of creating a design concept according to trends or wide range sources of inspiration and translate them into a desired object by the public. Traditional materials used in jewellery design are precious metals like gold, platinum, silver and gemstones such as diamonds, rubies, sapphires, aquamarines, tourmalines and many others. A jewellery can also be created with alternative, contemporary materials and still have the same effect on the jewellery holder.
